Terms and Conditions of Payments
Currency
All transactions on our website use Rupiah (IDR). If you do not use Rupiah (IDR), then you need to adjust your currency conversion to the currency we use.
Payment Calculation
The total Rupiah (IDR) that appears when you place an order will only show the total net price of the product and the total value added tax (VAT). We will provide detailed information on the payment that you should make on the invoice which we will send to you after we have received all the information we need to process your order.
Payment Request
Do not make any payments before we provide you with a valid invoice, accompanied by a payment request to our official account. Our official accounts are as follows:

If you are asked to make a payment other than the account mentioned above, don’t do it because there is a high possibility that someone else is trying to deceive you
Payment Settlement
If you have made a payment according to the invoice you received, then you are required to provide payment confirmation by sending proof of your payment via email. Include the invoice number you paid when confirming the payment to make it easier for us to verify the payment you have made.
If the amount of payment you make does not match the value of the invoice you received, then your order will not be processed.
All money transfer fees that you make are your responsibility apart from the invoice value you receive.
Return & Refund
Unless otherwise specifically provided in writing, we will only refund or accept changes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and our FAQs. We will accept returns within 60 days from the order confirmation date, provided they are still in their original condition (unused and with the original tags still attached). We do not exchange goods, other than where required by law. We do not accept returns for final sales, promotional items or opened-packaged items.
We will accept returns and provide you with a refund or replacement where:
• the products are faulty or not of acceptable quality;
• the products do not match the sample of our description; and
• the products are not fit for their intended purpose.
All refunds will be provided in IDR using your original payment method.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable. However, if the product is faulty or not of acceptable quality, does not match the sample of our description or is not fit for its intended purpose, we will reimburse the return shipping fees.
