Product Quality & Guarantee
Product quality is our top priority so that you feel comfortable using all the products we sell to you. But you still have to pay attention to how you treat the clothes you use. Pay attention to how you wash and iron clothes so as not to damage the quality of the clothes. The washing instructions on the label will give you advice on the best way to care for your clothes.
To maintain the quality of the products that we make reach the hands of buyers, we always carry out quality control (QC) on all of our products before we sell them. However, we are aware that defective products may still exist even though the probability is very small. To avoid disputes over this matter, we divide 2 (two) categories of defective products:
1. Minor defective products; ie defects in the product are almost invisible and do not reduce the value of the product itself. In percentage terms, defects in the product do not exceed 5% of the product value. Examples are: excessive thread in the product seam, product size that is less and/or excess of a maximum of 2 cm from the size it should be, and other examples that do not reduce the product value to 5% of its supposed value.
2. Major defective products; namely defects in the product that reduce the value of the product by more than 5% of the value of the product.
Every product you buy will be packaged according to the packaging standards imposed by the shipping service. If there is product damage caused by the negligence of the delivery service and/or other third parties during the product delivery process, then this is beyond our responsibility and you release us from any claims. The risk of loss or damage for all products purchased passes to you upon delivery of the products to your designated delivery address.
We realize that the products we sell must be accompanied by a guarantee that cannot be excluded under the applicable consumer protection laws in Indonesia. For this reason, you are entitled to receive a replacement or refund in the event of product damage and/or to receive a major defective product that can be reasonably estimated, caused by negligence on our part. For that we need evidence in the form of videos when you unbox the products you receive.
In the event that you return your purchased product, you are responsible for the risk of such product until we receive it at our warehouse. This means that you are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for the damaged and/or lost shipments in case of returns.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and shapes of our products that appear at our Website. We cannot guarantee that your electronic devices’ display of any colour will be accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. For that, you will release us from any claims related to this matter.
Product Terms and Details
Each type of product we sell has different terms and details for each type. And we mention as much detail as possible the description of the products we sell on the product page. Some countries have different terms and/or names for the terms detailing the products we sell. If you are not from Indonesia, then there is a possibility that you need a better understanding of the terms we use to describe our products in accordance with the terms generally accepted in Indonesia.
Product Prices
The price shown on the product page is the price per unit of the product we sell retail. And that price is the net price of the product excluding the calculation of taxes, shipping costs, and other costs that may arise from the transactions you make with us.
Product Discount
The policy in setting prices & discounts is absolutely the right of our party. The discount we apply can be different for each product. This can be based on category, type, size, color, purchase quantity, promotion period, and others. For certain cases, you can negotiate product discounts with us.
